IT manager support is designed for the overworked in-house IT manager. We act as a safety net, we’re there when you need us in the background, we can be more proactive if you’d like but it’s up to you. Again we work on a fixed price contract so you can use us as much or as little as you like
Typically we work in the following areas

1st line support. If you are overwhelmed with everyday IT problems, we can relieve the pressure by handling all 1st line calls so that you can focus on any projects you may have.
 

2nd line support. Alternatively if you are happy to fix the day to day niggles but would benefit from having a 2nd line support to call on as and when is needed we can work in the background.

Knowledge base .if you come up against an issue you haven’t seen before you’ll have access to our knowledge base, you can scroll through it at your own pace or one of our support guys can talk you through it.

Holiday Cover. If you’re like most IT mangers the idea of a Holiday might be a bit alien. Often it means you are out of the office but your mobile is permanently glued to your ear. We offer full holiday cover meaning you can switch your mobile off, relax and unwind (only for a week though)

Proactive monitoring software. We use specialist software to monitor the server, macs, software and other core functions. We’ll give you complete access to the software suite, hopefully simplifying your day to day interaction with the IT.

Proactive support .If you’d prefer we’ll proactively monitor the network and server and fix any issues before they arise so you can take a more strategic view of the IT.

One off projects / Consultation. If you have any projects or expansion plans you can pick our brains or simply get a second opinion on your strategy.
